Hand hours to the social secretariat
Clocking exists first so people get paid. Inspection is why the register must not be quietly overwritten.
Each month the employer needs hours actually worked: in, out, breaks. The social secretariat — SD Worx, Securex, Partena, Acerta, Group S or another — uses them for payroll. Horodata produces that file. It does not calculate pay.
In the app, a manager downloads the CSV of the last 90 days. Each row carries the employee, clock-in, clock-out and break minutes. That CSV is what you send to the secretariat. This version has no direct connection to their software.
The PDF of the same register, with the audit journal, is the file to produce if social inspection asks how hours were recorded and corrected. An approved correction stays visible: reason, author, history.
Prepare the file before payroll closes, not on the day of a control. Teams get used to clocking, the employer reviews, the secretariat receives a stable export.
Try the full loop for 7 days — review, payroll export, inspection file.
